Completing a SARM cycle or finishing your muscle gaining stack could cause you to lose up to 5–10% of your muscle mass, but with the right diet and exercise, you can maintain your gains. After you stop taking your SARM, make sure you’re still following a good diet and exercise regimen to keep your muscle gains. Remember, just because you aren’t taking a SARM doesn’t mean that working out won’t have an effect; you’re getting ripped, with or without a muscle building stack.
