Order Tracking FAQs
Yes, you can track the delivery of your order from the date it is dispatched right up until it has been delivered.
We use a variety of different couriers here at UK SARMs, dependent on where you live.
We have done extensive research, running live trials and time and motion studies and therefore sourced the most reliable and efficient way of ensuring you get the products swiftly, undamaged and without delay.
UK – DPD UK (Next Day Delivery). If you order after 14:30 we will send the order via free next-day delivery the following working day.
Europe – The Royal Mail handles the initial stages of the delivery and then passes the responsibility to one of their partners you can find here: https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-tracked-signed/delivery-partners

If 48 hours have passed since you placed your order, you would have received a tracking number to the email that you provided us with when you placed the order.
The tracking number may have ended up in your junk/spam folder so please check that where possible.
If it concludes that you still don’t have a tracking number please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request the tracking number from our friendly customer service team.
We recommend that you use the website 17track.net to track all orders as it contains the most information.
If for whatever reason your order has not been delivered, rest assured we will sort it out for you.
If you are based in the UK and your item has taken over 48 hours to be delivered please contact the customer service team at email@example.com and they will be able to give you a solution or an update on the whereabouts of your order.
If you are based in Europe or the Rest of the World and it has been over 30 days since you placed your order, it is likely your order is being held at customs. You will need to contact customs and pay some tax/duties for the products to be released. If you do not do this they will return the products to us.
If you would like to amend, cancel or change your order please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. The sooner you get in touch with us the faster we can process the amendment.
