I did not receive a tracking link, where is my parcel?

If 48 hours have passed since you placed your order, you would have received a tracking number to the email that you provided us with when you placed the order.

The tracking number may have ended up in your junk/spam folder so please check that where possible.

If it concludes that you still don’t have a tracking number please don’t hesitate to contact us at and request the tracking number from our friendly customer service team.
