What should I do if my item has not been delivered yet?

If for whatever reason your order has not been delivered, rest assured we will sort it out for you.  

If you are based in the UK and your item has taken over 48 hours to be delivered please contact the customer service team at and they will be able to give you a solution or an update on the whereabouts of your order.

If you are based in Europe or the Rest of the World and it has been over 30 days since you placed your order, it is likely your order is being held at customs. You will need to contact customs and pay some tax/duties for the products to be released. If you do not do this they will return the products to us.
